As a core drafting unit for the national standard on greases for overhead conductors (corrosion protection greases) in China, OPSTECH participated in drafting the national standard GB/T 36292 – 2018.OPSTECH’s business focuses on industrial greases and oils production. ACSR Overhead Conductor Greases (also called ACSR anti-corrosion/filling greases) are specialized semi-solid lubricants designed for steel-core aluminum reinforced (ACSR) overhead power conductors. They are applied between the aluminum strands and steel core during manufacturing to protect and enhance performance.
OPGW Overhead Conductor Greases (also called OPGW filling greases/jelly) are specialized, semi-solid, non-conductive filling compounds designed exclusively for Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) cables—hybrid structures that combine overhead power grounding (like ACSR) with optical fiber communication. They fill critical internal gaps to protect both the optical fibers and the metallic structural components.
HTLS Overhead Conductor Greases (High-Temperature Low-Sag) are specialized, high-performance, non-conductive filling/lubricating compounds designed exclusively for HTLS overhead power conductors (e.g., ACSS, Gap-type, ACCC, ACCR). They operate at far higher temperatures than standard ACSR/OPGW greases and enable HTLS conductors to run at 150–250°C with minimal sag, while protecting internal components.
Aluminium Wire Drawing Lubricants are special industrial fluids/oils used in the cold drawing process of pure aluminum and aluminum alloy wires. They lubricate, cool and protect the aluminum surface when pulling thick rod into thin fine wire through drawing dies.
Copper Wire Drawing Lubricants are specialized industrial fluids formulated for the cold drawing process of copper rods and copper alloy wires. They are applied between copper wire and drawing dies to lubricate, cool, clean and protect copper during diameter reduction in multi-pass wire drawing machines.
